After breaking my leg, I struggled to find a central hub for recovery resources—so I created one. Fractured to Fitness is a space where I share my personal journey of healing, along with injury recovery tips, fitness and nutrition modifications to get back to an active lifestyle faster.

I document my firsthand experiences with injury recovery, the lessons learned from setbacks, and the mental and physical challenges and strategies along the way. I explore exercises, wellness tips, and review recovery tools and products—all to help others navigate their own comeback journey.
