My Story

Navigating Recovery and Embracing New Challenges

I’ve always been an active person—lifting weights, practicing Pilates, and training for a 25-mile trail run. Then, everything changed. A fractured fibula took me from peak training to spending eight weeks on the couch. But I knew recovery wouldn’t end when the cast came off—I had a long road ahead before I could return to the activities I love.
As I searched for recovery resources, I struggled to find a single place that provided both guidance and real-life experiences. That’s when I decided to start capturing my journey—not just for myself, but for anyone else navigating the challenges of injury recovery.

I want to provide a platform where individuals recovering from injuries can find encouragement and actionable advice.
