It’s been over a month since I shared an update, and while there’s been some progress, the journey continues.
The swelling in my ankle is still lingering, though it’s slowly improving. I’ve kept up with physical therapy, but during my last session, my PT ended up flipping through her book—she’s officially tried every exercise she knows. Things have definitely improved, but I’m still dealing with limited flexibility in a few directions.
I’ve reached out to my physician and we’ve scheduled an MRI to make sure everything is healing as it should. Fingers crossed for clarity and a solid path forward.

In the meantime, I’m staying active with a consistent routine:
💪 Weight lifting 3x a week
🧘 Pilates 3x a week
🚴 Zwift (stationary cycling) 3x a week
I even traveled overseas recently (my first since the injury!) and thankfully had no issues. Flying business class helped—I was able to keep my foot elevated the whole time.
Progress is slow, but it is happening. Thanks for following along.
