Ankle Rehab Progress: Walking, PT, and New Fitness Goals

Small but meaningful wins—walking 1.2 miles, driving on the highway, and making progress in physical therapy. I’m adding Pilates and light cycling to my routine, staying consistent with upper body workouts, and even got a pedicure to care for my recovering ankle.
